How is my equipment tested once repaired to prevent early life failure?

We take product testing very seriously. Most other network repair centres will check functionality by simply 'pinging' the item through an interface. This is not a sufficiently robust 'real world' test for today's sophisticated high speed networking equipment. We have invested in the latest wire speed test and stress equipment designed for the manufacturing industry. With this equipment you can be sure that all items are tested to extremes of performance. We can also provide bespoke reporting if required.

Why is Smartpac Repair independent?

At Smartpac Repair we use only our own repair engineers and, unlike many other repair companies, all of our repairs are performed in house. This allows us to control the service we provide and avoids the risk of using third parties.

Is my equipment fully warranted?

Yes. We provide an industry leading One Year warranty on every repair, which can be extended on request via Smartpac Support.

How long will it take to repair my faulty equipment?

We aim to repair most equipment within 5 working days. You can also use our Express 48 Hour Service for an extra fee if time is of the essence. You will be regularly updated of any status changes. You can also track your Smartpac Repair online at all stages:

  • Repair On Hold (if applicable)
  • Awaiting Parts (if applicable)
  • Repair Complete

What happens if my equipment can't be repaired?

It's unlikely. But it can happen. In this case you are fully covered by our "No Fix – No Fee" guarantee, which means the only cost you incur is the price of sending your equipment to us.
