General Rule

• Weekdays: In-stock orders released before 4pm (CST time) will ship the same day.
• Weekends: In-stock orders released after 5pm (CST time) on Friday will ship Monday morning.

Deliveries to US destinations

• Orders made through the Hardware.com website, shipping to US destinations, with a value of $1,000 or more, will ship FedEx Ground for FREE.
• Faster delivery via FedEx Express is available for additional charges upon request.

Deliveries to other destinations

• It is possible to ship to branch locations outside the US for additional fees.
• We can ship to multiple office locations on one order.

Tracking

• It is possible to track your package within your Account Management using FedEx's real-time tracking.

Heavyweight

There are various methods of shipping for heavyweight consignments. Please call and arrange with your Account Manager. The current options are:

• Exel Air Freight - this is for 48 continguous states and has no maximom weight.
• Exel Air Freight - used for specialist shipments to all corners of the world.
• Exel Sea Freight - this is a very slow service for very heavy weight shipments worldwide.

Hardware.com is ISO9001:2000 and BS7799 Part 1 & 2 accredited, use the latest state-of-the-art logistics systems and personally dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Minneapolis. However, worldwide delivery times are dependant on destination and Customs clearance. Hardware.com will make best endeavors to ensure your order arrives on time but cannot be held responsible for exceptional circumstances.
