Fundamentally flawed – refurbished Cisco hardware
Most vendor refurb programs are fundamentally flawed simply because they are based on a list price model. Basic economics show that, in any second-user market (be it network equipment or cars), market conditions dictate the true value. Supply and demand – how many are available in the market place, is it current technology, how many buyers, how many sellers, and where they are?
